Travis Beaver's Big Crash at Hagerstown

Travis Beaver survived this wild crash at Hagerstown Speedway in 1987 notice his helmet flys off but the rollcage holds up. Thank Goodness. He did take a trip to the Hospital and was later released. That's his Dad in the checked shirt and shorts running to him.

During the 1985 running of the Port Royal Street Races Barry Greensweig #74 , Joe DePolo #15 ,and Jeff Strunk #88 are involved in a horrific crash where two drivers go thru a fence and into the crowd while the third driver broadsides into a kart sitting sideways on the track. Unbelevably none of the drivers or spectators were seriously injured.
