I rushed home from work to see this huge thunderstorm blow by, turned on the TV and saw that my IntelliStar was messed up... looked like it was degraded like many STAR 4000s were.
After about 20 minutes that I first noticed it and I reported it to the TWC STAR Team, they had rebooted my IntelliStar and the problem was fixed.
